Conger Eel

We contract to purchase all live conger eels caught in the Namhae sea, Jeju Island, Heuksan Island, Wando, Mokpo, and other areas before they leave port. As soon as the fishing boats arrive at the harbor, live conger eels are transferred to a live-fish transport unit and placed in the factory's aquarium. We process the eels while carefully maintaining seawater conditions and temperature suited to their natural habitat, preserving peak freshness.
